Who runs Omaha Mattress Cleaning
Omaha Mattress Cleaning & Sanitation is locally owned and operated by Sleep Sanitation (Sleep Sanitation LLC). It's the same business, the same crew and the same phone number, (402) 512-5658. This site covers Omaha, the Douglas and Sarpy county suburbs and Council Bluffs; our Lincoln customers have their own site.
Sleep Sanitation is led by its founder, Matthew Brunken. Our detailed reference articles on cleaning methods, mattress materials and brands, moisture and drying, and bed mites live in the Sleep Sanitation Knowledge Center. This site doesn't repeat them. It covers what's specific to Omaha: where a mattress can go when you're done with it, who to call about pests here, and what our weather does to a bedroom.
What happens on a visit?
- Hygiene first. Technicians wear gloves and shoe booties, and our equipment is disinfected between jobs.
- Inspection. We read the care label and identify the materials, then set steam temperature and pass speed for that bed.
- Treatment. Low-moisture dry vapor steam across the surface and into the seams, tufts, ridges and edges where dust and shed skin flakes collect. UV-C light treatment and HEPA vacuuming are part of the same visit.
- Odor and accidents. Organic cleaning methods are our default, with enzyme treatment for urine and organic odor.

What does it cost?
The first mattress is $249, any size. Each additional full, queen or king is $199, and each additional kids bed is $149. Normal stains, pet odor and ordinary urine accidents are included.
