Our appointment is precise, not rushed. Every phase is designed around the sleep environment of an Omaha metro home.

When can we use the bed again? +

Can you treat memory foam, latex and hybrid mattresses? +
Yes. Memory foam and latex are sensitive to soaking, which is why we avoid high-moisture extraction. We inspect the fabric and construction first and set steam temperature and pass speed for that material. Your care label and warranty terms still come first, so check them before booking.
What does your price cover? +
Our first mattress is $249, with normal stains, pet odor and ordinary urine accidents included. Each additional full, queen or king is $199 and each additional kids bed $149. We arrive with dedicated dry vapor steam equipment, in gloves and shoe booties, with equipment disinfected between jobs. You are paying for an appointment that is only about your mattress.
Do I need to strip the bed and move furniture before you arrive? +
We ask that linens and mattress protectors be removed so we can assess and treat the full sleep surface. If you need assistance with this, mention it when booking and our technician will help. We handle light furniture repositioning around the bed, but we do not require you to move heavy dressers or nightstands.
Should I hire a carpet cleaner or a mattress specialist for my mattress? +
A carpet cleaner for carpet and rugs, a mattress specialist for the bed. A carpet company's mattress add-on is typically done with the same hot-water extraction used on floors, and wet extraction can void some mattress warranties. We are mattress-only. What checks come with every visit? Is the CO₂ test included? +
Every visit includes two checks: a moisture check after service and the built-in bed mite sensor on our UV-C vacuum. The 72-hour bedroom CO₂ test is not included: it is a separate optional service, booked on its own or added to a visit, priced by quote, and it isn't a medical test.
Do you treat bed mites? +
Yes. Bed mites (house dust mites) live in the dust and shed skin flakes that collect in seams, tufts and edges, and our dry vapor steam uses heat to kill them there. Published steam tests back the heat effect: Glass and Needham (2004) reported 100 percent mortality of D. farinae after a 96°C steam cleaner on carpet and mattress samples, and Colloff and colleagues (1995) found no live mites in steamed, mite-seeded carpet squares over four months. Those were study conditions, not your bedroom. Dead mites and droppings still need removing, so we HEPA vacuum too. We make no allergy or asthma claim.
