How is river-bottom humidity different?
Floodplain air and soils stay wetter after storms. A closed guest room near the river can feel musty even when inland west Omaha rooms feel fine the same week. Bed mites (house dust mites) favor those closed, humid beds.
When should bottoms owners book?
After a humid stretch, before guests, or when a spare room sat closed through July–August. Pair with your dehumidifier — we do not replace building moisture control.
