Offutt PCS mattress reset for Omaha homeowners
Offutt Air Force Base PCS cycles mean homeowners near Bellevue and south Omaha often need a mattress reset at move-out or move-in — for their own beds, not a short-term rental calendar. Omaha Mattress Cleaning, operated by Sleep Sanitation, books those visits at $249 for the first mattress. Host turnovers live on a different page. Call (402) 512-5658.

Why separate PCS homeowners from Offutt hosts?
Hosts book around guest calendars. PCS homeowners book around a move date for beds the family actually slept on. Different timing, same $249 first-mattress rate.
When in the PCS timeline should I book?
After boxes leave the bedrooms at move-out, or after furniture is placed at move-in — before the first overnight if you can. Leave the bed unmade until it is dry to the touch after we finish.
What about pets and kids beds?
Additional mattresses in the same visit are labeled on pricing. Tell us about pet urine when you book so we bring the right chemistry.
