CHI Health Center Saturdays and Berkshire's shareholder weekend: timing mattress care downtown

CHI Health Center, at 455 N 10th St, has dated Saturdays through the 2026 holidays: Thomas Rhett on October 24, Monster Jam on November 28 and Creighton men's basketball on December 5, 12 and 19. Berkshire Hathaway's 2026 weekend ran Friday, May 1 to Sunday, May 3, with the meeting at CHI on Saturday, May 2; Berkshire hadn't posted a 2027 date when we checked on October 3, 2026.

Who sets this: CHI Health Center and Creighton Athletics publish the arena dates; Berkshire Hathaway publishes its own shareholder schedule.

Berkshire’s weekend, as it ran in 2026

Berkshire Hathaway’s 2026 shareholder weekend filled three days: a shopping day at CHI Health Center on Friday, May 1 from noon to 5pm, the meeting on Saturday, May 2 with doors opening at 7am and the formal annual meeting at 2pm, and the Invest in Yourself 5K at Lewis & Clark Landing on Sunday, May 3. A shareholder who comes for Friday’s shopping day and stays for Sunday’s run books three nights, so for Berkshire 2026 the useful weekday windows were the week of April 27 and Monday, May 4 onward.

What stays the same on a downtown event week

A sold-out CHI Health Center Saturday doesn’t change what we do in your bedroom: we record the mattress on the inspection form at a weekday visit, as on any other week. Sleep Sanitation explains whether cleaning is still worth it with a mattress protector.
